Alzheimer's Help?

Alzheimer's Disorder is a pernicious problem of cognitive degradation and memory loss tending to disrupt the lives of many people advancing in age. Even some younger people contract the disease. Scientists are not certain what causes Alzheimer's disease, but there are indications of risk factors. The National Institute on Aging Fact Sheet offers good information.

Recent research is beginning to shed some light on hope for slowing or even Alzheimer's memory loss. This Mayo Clinic site lists various treatment possibilities, but it is to be recalled that to this point there is no known cure for Alzheimer's disease.
