Healthy Diet

If you really want to focus upon brain health and the nutrition needed to produce your brain as healthy as possible, start with basic nutrition first. This site from the United States Department of Agriculture offers a simple calculator to help you find a basic healthy diet plan from the five basic food groups of grains, vegetables, fruits, milk, meat and beans and oils. Remember to old food pyramid? Well, the new pyramid has changed configuration, but contains the same food groups with new emphasis upon what is now known about nutrition. Try the calculator.
