Mobile Phone Use While Driving

Just as I thought. Several states (including my own--CA) have passed a law disallowing the use of handheld mobile phones, but allowing hands-free use of a mobile phone while driving a vehicle. Recent study finds it is the distraction of the conversation, not the holding of the phone which creates a safety issue. That is what I always believed...it is what is going on in the brain that is the important fact. I guess there is just another worthless law on the books.
