Personally, I could never figure out the benefit to sexual harassment. Perhaps the man believes the stupid chauvinist notion that every woman secretly wants him so all he need do is announce his availability...and he announces in a vulgar manner. More likely, these men are either wimps or vicious. The wimps could not get a woman if they offered a million dollars. The vicious man hates women and has no motive to get one; he just wants to hurt them.
