| Park in the wrong spot and you usually get a parking ticket. But in the Ukraine you get a ticket and a visit the local yard. This vehicle was in the wrong place for about 30 minutes. No tow truck for these guys. The vehicle was hoisted and hauled off...and the owner is in the background (having just run out of a restaurant) yelling: "That's mine. That's mine." The hoist people did not care! They hoisted away (the owner thought "heisted"), while an official wrote the ticket. By the way, the only things touching the vehicle were "spoons" under the tires. The belts did not touch. Slick, eh?!! |
