Bozo: Someone who "thinks" s/he knows what s/he does not know.

Visceral Society: A society which functions upon instinct instead of intellect/thought/reason.
My phrase comes from from the term "visceral" which Dictionary.com
references as "characterized by or proceeding from instinct rather
than intellect: a visceral reaction." The "viscera" refers to the organs in the cavities of the body,
such as those in the abdominal cavity like the intestines and bowels. Hence, the term "Gut Reaction" which gives to mean a reaction based upon
instinct rather than thought/intellect. |
| Voyeur Quotient: The impulse to sneak a peek; (maybe
unintentional...probably intentional) or the uncontrollable urge to watch the private or public goings-on of another person; or to
enjoy peeking into the private life of another. Voyeurs have no life of their own (at least in the peeping tom arena) so they revel in
the life of another. I guess it is one way of getting your jollies. |
